Respectful Behavior: Respect is a key value at NICF, and in both in-person and electronic interactions, we expect all members to behave respectfully. Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech will result in immediate consequences.
Courtesy of Shared Spaces: No loud discussions, music, or other noise will be permitted in the open common areas without the explicit permission of the members around you.
Use of Equipment and Facilities: Do not abuse or damage the Equipment or Facilities. Use of your account is also subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Objectionable behavior will be addressed by management at their discretion. All users are responsible for monitoring facilities’ use while occupying them.
Guests: Non-member guests (“Guests”) may be permitted into the Facilities if a member always accompanies the Guest. Guests are not allowed to use the Equipment and must not interfere with other members. Guests and their actions are the sole responsibility of the host member. The Company reserves the right to refuse access to persons found abusing the facility.
Internet Usage: No spamming, posting, or downloading files that you know or should know are illegal or that you have no rights to.
Facility Hours: Staffed hours for the Facilities are 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. Members who use the facilities during unstaffed hours assume all risks associated with using the Facilities and Equipment without Company staff present on-site.
Events: From time to time, the NICF may host community, networking, or other special events or open the space up for private events. Please keep in mind that your workspace may be visible to members of the general public.
