The National Incubation Centre Faisalabad is funded by the Ignite National Technology Fund, and the Ministry of IT & Telecom and is managed by a consortium of partner organisations consisting of Fauji Fertilizer Ltd, Change Mechanics Pvt Ltd, Cyber Vision International, Mahmood Group of Industries and Founder Institute.

We take you through a highly specialized sequenced steps of learning: Idea formulation (problem-solution fit, size of market, barriers to entry), Company formulation (team and advisors, legal and IPR), Product Development, Business Development (PR, Events, marketing, sales, branding), Funding and Bootstrapping (how to accomplish a lot with a shoestring budget, how to prepare pitch decks, how to pitch to investors, preparing for due diligence, negotiating shareholder agreements, reporting requirements for Board meetings). Every startup founder will have some challenges unique to their journey, some have problems with managing finances, and others struggle with technology or marketing. At NIC Faisalabad we ensure that our startups have access to a pool of business experts and domain specialists to share their knowledge, experience and wisdom with the incubatees.
NIC, Faisalabad assists start-ups by offering free incubator space and a very healthy work environment. You will have access to comfortable workstations, meeting rooms, shared reception, a cafe, and high-speed internet. The premises have security and controlled access. A number of additional services such as design, printing, etc are available at exclusive subsidized rates for NICF startups.
Startups are usually small, early-stage, emerging businesses and have limited interaction with the demand side and overall ecosystem; linkages, networking, and relationship support have been our strong forte. We leverage our network in the entrepreneurial ecosystem to establish linkages, especially with the demand side, academia, national innovation system, centers of excellencies, and investors that maximize the commercialization potential and reduce time to market.
NIC, Faisalabad will hold a flagship “Investor Conference” for its incubatees annually where startups will be provided opportunity to showcase their business models infroont of investors and raise funds for their businesses. NICF has a strong partner and investor network that includes: FFC, GroundUp, Mehmood Group, 47 Ventures, Neem Exponential, and Metaii etc.
